The Ukrainian Association of International Economists announces the All-Ukrainian competition of startups "Economic innovations - projects of the future" (hereinafter - the Competition). The competition is held in the following thematic areas: 1. Projects for economic reforms at the state and local levels. 2. Startups for the development and promotion of economics. 3. Startups for business development (including in the context of international integration, foreign economic activity). The requirement for a startup accepted for the Competition is the orientation of its implementation on the selected Sustainable Development Goal. The organizers of the Competition are the All-Ukrainian public organization "Ukrainian Association of International Economists" with the support of Ministries, institutions, public organizations, institutions of higher education (by agreement). The created commission of the Competition operates on a voluntary basis. Requirements for competitive robots Applicants, freelance graduates, young scientists and entrepreneurs can take part in the Competition. Participation is free. The basis for participation in the Competition is the presence of a startup at any stage of its development or implementation. The works submitted to the Competition must have the character of individual or collective (up to 3 people) independent developments. Startups submitted to the Competition must meet the following conditions: meet the thematic direction of the competition; to have an original character; to differ in the quality of elaboration of the main stages of the implementation plan and budget of the startup or the prospects of commercialization of the idea; to have practical significance for scientific and technical / entrepreneurial / state-building sphere. The competition is held in three stages: Registration stage (May 1 - October 29, 2021) - reception and registration of the submitted material. The selection stage (October 29 - November 10, 2021) provides for consideration by the commission of competitive works. The final stage (November 11 - November 18, 2021) provides for the final competition among the winners of the 2nd stage of the Competition. Those wishing to take part in the Competition submit a competitive application to the commission within the specified period. The tender application includes: 1) application of the participant (participants) (see Annex 1); 2) description of the startup in any form; 3) presentation (in Microsoft PowerPoint). By submitting an application to the Organizing Committee of the Contest, the Participant confirms that the information contained in it does not contain commercial or other secrets, is his own development, agrees to provide information about the startup to third parties (including by posting fragments of entries on the Internet). pages, in information publications, as well as by publishing the competition entries in full with the obligatory indication of the author or author's team). Information support of the Competition is provided through the website of the Ukrainian Association of International Economists www.ugouaem.com and through the official pages of the Association in social networks. The criteria for selecting startups for the finals are as follows: - compliance with the thematic areas of the competition, its goals and objectives; - quality of presentation of scientific idea; - innovativeness of the idea; - prospects of commercialization (practical use of scientific developments, innovative solutions) of startup implementation; - monetization of the startup; - ways to level risks; - social / socio-economic significance of the idea. The final stage of the Competition involves the presentation of selected startups in the format of "Elevator pitch" lasting up to 5 minutes, in which it is recommended to highlight the priority aspects of the proposed startup. Summarizing the results of the Competition The winners of the Competition are determined in the following order: - setting members of the commission scores on each criterion in the evaluation data on the results of public defense of startups; - calculation of the average score of the commission, identification of winners for the largest amount of points scored in each nomination. The results of the Competition are announced following the meeting of the competition commission on the day of protection of startups. The award ceremony is held on the day of summing up. The winners of the Competition are awarded diplomas and incentive prizes. Information about the winners of the Competition is published on the website of the Association www.ugouaem.com.
